Every season of healing begins with
one brave step forward.

My Approach

Therapy with me is a collaborative and relational process. I bring evidence-based knowledge and trauma-informed practice, but above all, I bring presence. I believe healing happens in the context of a safe, respectful relationship—one where you are met as a whole person, not a set of symptoms.

You are the expert on your life. My role is to support, reflect, and gently guide as we make sense of your experiences together. We move at a pace that feels right for you, creating space for understanding, compassion, and change that feels both meaningful and sustainable.

I offer counselling, clinical supervision, and consulting grounded in relationship, cultural humility, and care. I provide evidence-based therapy for individuals navigating concerns related to food, body image, disordered eating, trauma, and anxiety, and support individuals, couples, and organizations experiencing the cumulative effects of chronic stress, burnout, and relational challenges. Services are offered in English and French and are informed by evidence-based practice while remaining responsive to the lived experiences, values, and strengths each person brings.
